The digital standard for enterprise asset management
Every machine, every piece of equipment, every fixture in your facility is an investment. EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is the strategic discipline that extends the life of that investment, boosts its performance and keeps its costs under control. ATP Tech delivers it with end-to-end implementation and ongoing support.
Can you answer these questions?
From reactive maintenance to predictive maintenance
Most organisations carry out maintenance only after a breakdown occurs. The cost of that approach is steep: unplanned downtime, emergency service fees, production losses. Our EAM solution offers a four-stage transformation — wherever you are on that journey, it makes moving to the next stage achievable.
Reactive
Respond after a breakdown occurs. Unplanned downtime and emergency costs.
Planned
Periodic maintenance at set intervals. Regular but independent of data.
Preventive
Planning based on sensor data and historical analysis. Risk-based prioritisation.
Predictive
Anticipate failures in advance using IoT, data analytics and machine learning.
10 modules, one platform
EAM modules share a common data layer. Data entered in one module is instantly available across all others.
| Module | Function |
|---|---|
| Asset Inventory | Hierarchical tracking of all equipment, including location, warranty and cost history. |
| Maintenance Management | Periodic maintenance plans, work orders and intervention tracking. |
| Fault Management | Mobile fault reporting, automatic assignment and resolution time tracking. |
| Spare Parts | Multi-warehouse management, min-max stock levels and automatic reorder triggering. |
| Asset Assignment | Employee asset custody tracking and return controls. |
| Warranty & Contracts | Warranty periods, service agreements and lease contracts. |
| Procurement | Requisitions, approval workflows and supplier management. |
| Calibration | Calibration schedules, certificate archive and alert system. |
| Mobile Field | iOS/Android app, offline capability and QR code scanning. |
| Reporting | MTBF, MTTR, OEE and asset cost analysis. |
How does a technician's day flow with EAM?
From field staff to maintenance managers, our EAM platform works around everyone's needs. Here is what a typical day looks like.
When the technician starts their shift, they see the work orders assigned to them on their mobile device — listed in priority order, with location details and time estimates clearly shown.
When they reach the equipment, they scan the QR code and instantly access the maintenance history, user manual and previous interventions. They arrive at the decision point with all the context they need.
During the job they log photos taken, spare parts used and time spent directly in the mobile app. It works offline and syncs automatically once connectivity is restored.
When the work order is closed, the system automatically notifies the manager, deducts the relevant stock movements and updates cost calculations. No manual form-filling required.
Meanwhile, the maintenance manager's dashboard shows in real time how many work orders are open, which ones are overdue, the team's workload distribution and the current state of the monthly budget.
For every asset-intensive sector
Our EAM solution can be deployed across any asset-intensive industry. It is especially widely used in the sectors below.
Manufacturing & Industry
OEE tracking of production line machinery, minimising planned downtime and sustaining production efficiency.
Energy & Infrastructure
Centralised management of geographically distributed critical assets such as transformers, generators and turbines. Integration with SCADA systems.
Healthcare
Calibration and preventive maintenance management for medical devices, and monitoring of critical equipment for patient safety.
Retail & Shopping Centres
Centralised monitoring of HVAC, lighting and refrigeration systems across multi-location stores and shopping centres.
Logistics & Fleet
Vehicle maintenance plans, tyre and fuel tracking, and service cost analysis.
Facility & Building Management
Management of all building equipment in large facilities such as hotels, campuses and office plazas. A centralised platform for FM (Facility Management) teams.
