Systematic management of nonconformities. An end-to-end process from finding entry and root cause analysis to action planning and effectiveness evaluation. Supports root cause analysis techniques such as 5W1H, fishbone and 5 Whys.

Internal Audit

Creation of the annual audit programme, auditor assignments, preparation of checklists, recording of findings, automatic generation of reports and tracking of actions. Also suitable for cross-functional and supplier audits.

Risk Management

Process-based risk analyses, risk scoring matrices, control measures and risk mitigation actions. ISO 31000-compatible methodology. Separate templates for operational, information security and OH&S risks.
