Burcu Nergiz

Director of Investor Relations and Sustainability

Burcu Nergiz began her career in investor relations after contributing to the IPO of Çuhadaroğlu Metal, where she played a key role in the offering process and later established and managed the Investor Relations function. Throughout her tenure, she also gained extensive experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, IFRS reporting, and enterprise risk management.

From 2018 to 2020, she served as Corporate Risk Management and Investor Relations Manager at Çuhadaroğlu. In 2020, she joined Eczacıbaşı Holding as a Capital Markets Specialist and was responsible for investor relations and corporate governance activities at publicly listed group companies, including Eczacıbaşı Yatırım Holding and EIS Eczacıbaşı İlaç.

In 2021, following ATP’s IPO, she joined the company as Investor Relations Manager and Corporate Governance Committee Member, where she established the Investor Relations department and launched the company’s sustainability initiative. She currently serves as Investor Relations and Sustainability Director at ATP.

Burcu Nergiz holds a CPA license, Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License, Corporate Governance Rating License, Credit Rating License, and Sustainability Expertise Certificate. She earned her degree in Econometrics from Istanbul University and completed a master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing at Bilgi University. She also serves as Chair of the Young TÜYİD Working Group and is a member of TKYD.
