Ümit Cinali
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ümit Cinali graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. He began his professional career as Telecommunications Marketing Manager at Raychem Corporation and later held senior executive positions at Melard Technologies, Fitlinxx, and Exenet Technologies. Following his tenure as CEO and founding partner of Exenet, he served as General Manager of Cisco Türkiye. Cinali joined ATP in 2014 and has more than 30 years of international experience in information technologies, communication technologies, and telecommunications across the United States, Europe, and Türkiye. He currently serves as CEO of ATP. He is also Chairman of the Board of Konuk Ağırlama Teknolojileri ve Uygulamaları A.Ş., Zenia Limited, and Cloudone Bilişim ve Teknoloji A.Ş., and a Board Member of ATP Capital Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. Cinali is a native-level English speaker.
Onur Yavuz
Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Senior Deputy General Manager of Growth
Onur Yavuz graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 2008. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Softtech and later held various technical and managerial positions within the Company. From 2018 to 2022, he served as General Manager of Softtech’s China Office. Yavuz joined ATP in July 2022 as General Manager of ATP China and led the Company’s growth in the Chinese market. During this period, he implemented several large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technologies. In June 2025, Yavuz was appointed Senior Deputy General Manager of Growth (CGO) at ATP and became responsible for the Company’s national and international growth strategies. His responsibilities include go-to-market structuring, expansion into new markets, the scaling of global operations, and AI-driven product transformation. Yavuz has long-standing experience in the Chinese technology ecosystem and has contributed to the digitalization and innovation processes of organizations across various sectors, while also mentoring start-ups. He completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program (GMP) in 2025 and is a member of the TÜSİAD China Network and the DTİK China Executive Board.
Ceyhan Er
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs
Ceyhan Er graduated from the Faculty of Commercial Sciences at Marmara University. She began her career at Yapı Kredi Bank in 1981 and became Finance Manager at Çarmen Menkul Değerler in 1990. She joined Ata Yatırım in 1994 and played a key role in a software project developed for brokerage institutions between 1996 and 1998. This project later evolved into an independent company under the name ATP. While at Ata Yatırım, she also contributed to the establishment of Ata Online and Ata Portföy. From 1994 to 2018, she served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Financial Affairs at Ata Yatırım, Ata Online, Ata Portföy, and Ata GYO. She also taught Capital Markets Licensing courses at Marmara University and Bilgi University and provided consultancy to numerous expert teams through her expertise in Capital Markets Board regulations. Er joined ATP in 2018 and managed the Company’s initial public offering (IPO) process, as well as the establishment of its subsidiaries in Malta and the Netherlands. She also led the establishment of Konuk Ağırlama Teknolojileri A.Ş. and ATP Capital Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. in Türkiye. She currently serves as Deputy General Manager responsible for Financial Affairs at ATP and as a Board Member of Konuk Ağırlama Teknolojileri ve Uygulamaları A.Ş.
İlyas Daşkaya
Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Deputy General Manager of Software Development
İlyas Daşkaya graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Kocaeli University and completed his master’s degree in Informatics at Technische Universität Braunschweig in Germany. He began his career in Germany and, throughout his professional career in Türkiye, has led the architectural design, development, and implementation of large-scale financial software projects for corporate clients. He has more than 15 years of experience in capital markets and financial technologies. Daşkaya joined ATP in 2018 as Director responsible for Tradesoft Software Development. During this period, he managed end-to-end software development processes for projects serving more than 50 institutions, including banks, brokerage firms, and portfolio management companies. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager responsible for Software Development (CTO) at ATP and is responsible for shaping the Company’s technology vision, defining software and product strategies, managing R&D processes, commercializing innovative technologies, and leading engineering teams.
Dr. Murat Aras
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Deputy General Manager of Marketing
Dr. Murat Aras graduated from the Faculty of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He completed his MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University and received his PhD in American Culture and Literature from Kadir Has University. Aras served as Call Center and Business Development Manager at Vodatech, Türkiye’s first outsourced call center. He later worked as a Specialist and Senior Management Consultant at Peppers & Rogers and Eurosis Consulting. Through MANNAGENN, which he founded, he provided management consultancy services to domestic and international companies, primarily in information technologies, as well as in the telecommunications, retail, logistics, industrial manufacturing, public, and services sectors. Aras specializes in strategy, marketing, organization, and business processes, and holds a Business Process Modeling and Analysis Certificate from the Hasso Plattner Institute. As a member of various project teams, he has received more than 50 awards from technology providers such as Microsoft, Alibaba Cloud, VMware, Cisco, Dell EMC, HP, and HPE, as well as from organizations including Deloitte, Bilişim 500, and ContactCenterWorld. Aras is a native-level speaker of both German and English.
Alpcan Gökdeniz
General Manager (Subsidiary)
Alp Can Gökdeniz graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in International Finance and joined ATP Capital in 2022.
Prior to that, he worked in investment banking for 17 years at Ata Yatırım, Garanti Yatırım, and Turkish Yatırım, contributing to various projects with a combined value exceeding USD 4 billion. His experience includes major mergers and acquisitions, such as the acquisition of the ATV & Sabah Media Group by Turkuvaz Media Group, the acquisition of the majority stake in GEMPORT Container Port by Yıldırım Holding, the sale of Rumeli Holding Cement Factories, the sale of Şanlıurfa Cement, owned by Türkerler Holding, to Limak Holding, and the sale of Essilor & Luxottica’s shares in Merve Optik.
Gökdeniz also played a role in public offerings, including the IPOs of ATP, TAV Airports, and Türk Telekom. In the field of private sector debt instruments, he participated in projects such as the bond issuances of Netlog Logistics, Ata REIT (Ata GYO), and Ata Yatırım.
